1. Our Privacy Commitment
At Nodopa (Biner Labs), we recognize that recovering from compulsive habits and mastering dopamine regulation is deeply personal, sensitive, and requires complete trust and psychological safety.
We engineered Nodopa under the core philosophy of Privacy by Design — collecting only the absolute minimum data required to serve you, isolating critical security credentials locally on your personal device, and never monetizing your recovery progress.
2. Local-Only Security PIN & Biometrics (*Zero-Knowledge*)
- 6-Digit Security Passcode: Stored and encrypted strictly within your local device's hardware security storage (iOS Keychain or Android KeyStore). Your passcode is never transmitted to or stored on Nodopa or InsForge cloud servers.
- Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint): Managed entirely by your mobile operating system. Nodopa only receives a secure boolean authorization token from the OS and never accesses or stores your biometric blueprints.
3. Information Synchronized to the Cloud
To enable multi-device synchronization and secure recovery backups via our backend infrastructure (InsForge), we store the following data encrypted in transit and at rest:
Email address and secure account identifier when you authenticate via Email, Google Sign-In, or Apple ID.
Clean streak milestones, 11-Stage progress tier, Aura status, daily check-in timestamps, and logged relapse triggers for personalized analytics.
Private coaching chats and reflection entries are processed encrypted strictly for real-time guidance. Your private chats are never used to train public AI models.
Messages shared in support rooms. You have full control to enable Always Send Anonymously to mask your display identity from all members.
4. No Third-Party Ads & No Data Brokering
Nodopa operates solely on a direct premium subscription model. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or recovery journey logs to third-party advertisers, brokers, or behavioral analytics networks.
5. User Rights & Account Deletion (*Data Erasure*)
In compliance with global data protection standards (GDPR, CCPA) and Apple & Google Play Store requirements, you have the right to permanently erase your data at any time:
- In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings / Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account to permanently erase your account, journals, and recovery history with one tap.
- Written Request: Email us at support@binerlabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
- Upon verification, all authentication credentials, progress history, and AI reflection data are permanently scrubbed from our cloud databases within 14 business days.
6. Age Requirement (17+ Classification)
Nodopa is intended for users who are at least 17 years of age (rated 17+ on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store due to references to adult habit recovery). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
